"After having been with State Farm for the last 11 years and having many things covered for both personal and business I filed my FIRST claim for a trailer that got rejected. I have had all my vehicles fully covered as well as the hay equipment that I pull and was told that the trailer would be covered by the truck with full coverage. Why would I cover all of that and not the trailer? Now I am out thousands of dollars after paying in for 11 years. I am taking my business elsewhere and you should be very careful with them."

"Since I had always considered State Farm to be more than I could afford, I had always ignored them but when my policy outpriced itself for me, I figured I would get a quote from then - I might even be able to pick up a ball point pen. My father had been with State Farm when he was alive, so I went to visit his agent. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. Instead of someone hollering across the room - "Someone will be right with you" there was a person with a smiling face asking how she could help me. After I stated why I was there she escorted me to a comfortable seat and asked if I would like anything to drink. I was speaking with an agent within a few minutes. Michelle made me feel quite at home and we visited before getting down to business. I explained my situation and said why I had always ignored State Farm. She took the time to ask my concerns and find out my interests instead of trying to sell me the product of the month. The quote she gave me after knowing exactly what I wanted was considerably lower than my current policy. Instead of her trying to sell me she presented the information and let me make the choices. I enjoyed the time I spent there and walked out with a new policy and a new friend. Even though I have only been in the office one time I would recommend it to anyone who has insurance concerns."
